At Official Florastor Website, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.
Attach the Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
